Claire Yvette Colón

Claire lived in California at the same time I did, only somewhat longer. Did we ever meet without knowing it? Paths sometimes cross. Hoonoze! Now she lives in Idaho, although the “Big One” hasn’t happened yet, and no one is tying up the boat there, as an old song used to say.

Claire is a Star Trek fan and very fond of the name Jacynth. If you know of a real or fictional Jacynth, please get in touch with Claire. You’ll find her contact in her biographical sketch.

Claire’s first story for us, “Prince Charming and the Lady Syncyre,” appeared in issue 95. It’s charming in itself, because it deliberately sheds slogans and gives a retold fairy tale a human face.
