Maurice Humphrey

Maurice or “Mo” Humphrey lives in Vermont, of which he is a native. He’s had a career in the Navy, as an IBM engineer and printer repairman. He’s also a part-time musician. He’s published nine novels and several other works, mainly in science fiction but also in fantasy and horror.

“Interview with the Dungeon Master” is a comic fantasy that will keep readers wondering, “How can he top this?” Arguably, the plot oversteps BwS’ “dream stories” guideline, but it’s hard to see how it could do otherwise. At the end, the narrator, who has been assigned to interview the Dungeon Master, would do well to interview himself.
