Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Paul Bluestein
Paul lives with his family in Connecticut. He’s a physician and, in retirement, plays blues guitar. He says he likes to let his mind wander out over Long Island Sound and is grateful when it returns with something interesting.
“One of a Kind” approaches a difficult topic: senile dementia. It’s difficult to depict the condition without inadvertently lapsing into cruel jokes. Readers will be gratified to find in Paul’s story a compassionate account that deftly avoids sentimentality. We expect it will be cited as a model for such stories.

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Paul. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
