Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Craig Donegan
Craig Donegan has had a varied career. His graduate theses dealt with Henry David Thoreau and the history of workers’ health reform in the U.S. He has taught history, been active as a political aide in speechwriting and issues development, and finally moved into journalism.
“The Management Class” depicts a dystopia where the only route to employment requires a mastery of applied mathematics. What happens to those who can’t make it as super-technicians or to those who reach retirement age? The story fits neatly into the subgenre of science fiction known as “if this goes on.”
