Steve Carr

Steve lives in Richmond, Virginia. He began his writing career as a military journalist and has since published 140 short stories and several plays, which have been staged in various places.

“Round and Round” depicts a character afflicted by a common phenomenon, a kind of “mnemonic virus” that repeats a song or tune in short-term memory. But what if the tune recalls a childhood trauma? Meanwhile, readers will admire Janine’s good fortune; she seems to be the only one to escape the consequences of “round and round.”
