Nancy Ramsey

Nancy has been a public school teacher for more than twenty years. Recently, she has turned to writing and painting, in which abstractions complement one another. She also enjoys collaborating with other artists, writers and dancers.

Nancy’s artwork has accompanied some of Channie Greenberg’s poems and, in Nancy’s The Next Thing, Channie returns the favor. Both the poem and illustration neatly exemplify the author’s penchant for abstraction. Readers are invited into the poem with memories of similar experiences of their own.
