Mark Dennis

Mark is from Bristol and London. He has a remarkable and quite varied record: degrees in Physics, Medecine, Surgery, and a career as a General Practitioner. In retirement, he has been living in the Middle East for the past three years, where he has been establishing primary medical care facilities for displaced and native populations that have had none.

Mark is also looking forward to adding a Master’s degree to his degree in Creative Writing. He has written short stories and has recently completed a novel. Do they need a good home? Bewildering Stories is a good place to start. We’d love to consider them!

“Certifiable Love” is a dark psychological thriller told from the point of view of an obsessive who has earned a certificate from a “life coach” and is determined to seduce him. The story quickly engrosses the reader in the thoughts of a disturbed mind, and every detail suggests yet another difference between reality and delusion. Altogether, “Certifiable Love” will attract the interest and command the respect of every reader and writer of detective and horror fiction.
