Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Chiamaka Okonkwo
Chiamaka enjoys writing, singing and running. She especially enjoys composing poetry and prose in which nature and “man’s hubris” collide. She especially likes unorthodox forms of poetry and the works of Langston Hughes and E. E. Cummings.
“Lost Dogs and City Lights” is not exactly unorthodox as a poem, and it invokes the classic trope of the courageous explorer defying the cautions of the timid. Readers will surely be impressed by the effective imagery. Those “rumbling tractors” as well as the title line are things you don’t want to miss!
