Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Michael A. Chaney
Michael is a scholar, writer and artrist. His literary passions are African-American literature, comics and graphic novels. He is also fond of gardening and things that are mistakenly called “weeds.” He won’t pull up weeds unless, perhaps, one of them is higher mathematics surreptitiously invading his plant life.
“The Fear of Bees” is a black-and-white comic strip presented in three sets of panels. It seems to show that resistance is futile when swarms of bees become a Godzilla-like invasion. Come to think of it, bees would become really dangerous if they did the opposite, i.e. go away. The resulting extinction event would extend from gardens and farms to Main St. and Wall Street.
