Elizabeth lives in Colorado. She’s an aspiring freelance writer and singer in a ladies’ barbershop quartet and a large chorus. She has published short fiction and completed a novel.

“The Boys of Little Round Top” will impress readers with its well-reserched history of the Battle of Gettysburg and its main character’s — James Lee’s — “immersion” in the world of Civil War re-enacters.

Readers will be free to surmise why James becomes almost obsessively attracted to the “lost cause” by the age of nine even though he doesn’t sympathize with its goals. The story leaves a trail of clues that allow readers to conclude why James might think of himself as a “lost cause.”
