By the cavern is a tavern
Where a wizard sips his ale.
He’s a Druid filled with fluid
And holds a dragon by the tail.
Now the dragon is a Brahmin,
Never touched a swill or two;
Met the wizard in a blizzard,
They together clung like glue.
Asked the Brahmin of the virgin —
Reckoning he’d never sinned —
“Does your mojo leave you solo?
Do you have no kith nor kin?”
This enraged the bitter mage.
He flipped his hands up in the air,
Then he conjured up a maiden
Who was as fierce as she was fair.
This here maiden loved the dragon;
For the mage she could not care,
And the lizard begged the wizard,
“Take me home, back to my lair!”
Yet the maid, she had her way:
She pulled the dragon to her bed.
Whipped and beaten, loved and sweetened,
He could barely lift his head.
In the tavern by the cavern
Men in sadness sip their ale.
Here the Druid filled with fluid
Holds the dragon by the tail.
