Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Janis Zelcans
Janis lives with his family on a small peninsula in Latvia. Janis’ family has a dog and cat who, judging by their names, must be exceedingly good friends.
“Another Man’s Treasure” is apparently set in Finland, if the place names are any indication. And the story is a rare example of dramatic irony: the readers know something the characters don’t; we want to tell them, "No, no, don’t go there!” But a language barrier intervenes, one that makes the story very timely indeed.
Janis Zelcans’ bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Janis. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
