Tim Laffey

After working in Texas for many years in computer mainframe design and maintenance, Tim has since retired to a family farm in Illinois. He has discovered avocations in painting and sculpture, but the urge to write poetry has always been with him.

“At X Marks the Spot” is a narrative poem that appears to be biographical in nature. It has cosmic overtones, but at one point readers may detect a playful echo of an “if... then” sequence that one might find in a computer program!
