Gordon Purkis

Gordon is the editor and pubisher of Shoe Music Press. He has published an e-book and has another, Circus Fragments in print. He hosts a weekly vintage music program and enjoys the theatre.

“Judas Street” is a drama in prose poetry in ten short scenes with numerous allegorical characters. Sometimes the characters talk to each other; at other times they seem not to be listening at all. Readers will be interested in detecting the progression of the action from the scientists to the poet to “Doomsday.”
