Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Hongping Liu
One can never be too careful with East Asian and Southeast Asian names. On request, Ms. Liu has explained that Hongping (or Hong-Ping) is her personal name and Liu is her family name. And, also on request, she has kindly provided a pretty image of her signature in calligraphic style.
Ms. Liu majored in English at Sichuan International Studies University and lived in France for several years. She translates English and French and is currently working in marketing managment for a company in Hong Kong.
Ms. Liu has published several poems in English at Cyclamen and Swords, Black Cat Poems, and Troubadour 21. “Tidal Ebb and Flow” is a lament with delicate nature imagery.
Hongping Liu’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Ms. Liu. Our official schedule lists more of your poems and stories. “Tidal Ebb and Flow” is bound to cause our readers to look forward to them with eager anticipation.
