Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Arthur Mackeown
Arthur is a native of Britain but has lived on an Israeli kibbutz for the past 35 years. He’s an artist, sculptor and photographer at times and has published a number of short stories.
Arthur’s specialty is dialogue-only stories, of which “Rose” is one. Since this issue is as close as we get to Easter this year, “Rose” seemed appropriate, because it raises the question: Can one buy one’s way into Heaven? The answer is obviously No. The man in the story is not “going” to Heaven; he’s bringing it with him. And that is the only way to get there.
Arthur Mackeown’s bio sketch can be found here.
Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Arthur. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
