Verdandi Kuhlman

Verdandi Kuhlman is retired and lives in Stockholm. In addition to her career as a teacher, she is an artist and poet.

“Forzando” makes very innovative use of language in the original, something any translation would be hard-pressed to convey. The poem was written in the early 1950’s but first published about fifty years later.
