Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Andrew Drilon
Andew is at least our second contributor from the Philippines, where he’s made quite a reputation as an up-and-coming young author and artist. With short stories and a novel, among other things, he has quite a few irons in the fire.
“Peekli” is a touching fairy tale about a “semi-god,” Sunriser, who is kind-hearted but smitten with vanity. He meets his match in a little boy’s unimpressed skepticism. The conclusion raises the question: What’s a semi-god to do?
