Michael says he writes software, prose, and term papers, which, one suspects, may not be entirely mutually exclusive. He has a happy home life with his wife and their cats. The cats, at least, expect him to wait on them hand and foot (paw?).

“Community Service” is one of those near-future news articles that are just plain ridiculous — and just a little too plausible to be comfortable.
