Bewildering Stories welcomes...
Jack Johnson
Jack has a long career in the military: the Naval Academy, the Marines, service in Korea and Vietnam... Upon surviving the second half of the 20th century, he has turned to writing crime and mystery stories.
“The Head of the Snake” is interesting not for the unfinished subplot about the treacherous aliens and their world-menacing conspiracy but for the human interest in Michael and Bill, both of whom unfortunately perish in the course of the story. We would have liked to see more of them...

Welcome to Bewildering Stories, Jack. We hope to hear from you again soon and often!
