Sam Ivey

Mr. Ivey takes a place among the venerable elders of Bewildering Stories. He has had a long career in the Navy, the grocery business, journalism, and advertising.

Sam’s avocations have inspired him most: aviation and sailing. Small wonder, then, that he would be fascinated by the adventure of Bernard Gilboy, sailing solo across the Pacific in a small boat, a last hero at the end of the Age of Exploration.
