Rachel Parsons

Rachel Parsons is the creator of Rhiannon, a heroine who recurs in several fantasy stories to date and seems to have taken on a life of her own. Rachel is also the author of “The Gorgon,” “The Deer Hunt,” and an anthology of short stories, The Assassin’s Daughter.

We’re confident that “I Get My Caresses from the Blood of My Victims,” which appears in this issue and the next, will win Ms. Parsons many fans!
