Martha Cipolla

Martha is a writer, comedian and musician. Her debut musical, Martha Cipolla for President premiered at the Peoples Improv Theater in New York City in 2017. She has written children’s activity books for Mattel and Scholastic and done a stand-up routine as a kidney.

The title of “She Went West” is the advice given to Jocelyn, whose sister, Eliana, has escaped after being indicted for hexing people. Jocelyn gives Eliana the benefit of the doubt and sets out to assist her. But a guard whom Jocelyn bribes for information has motives of its own.
