SL Kretschmer
SL is a native of South Australia and currently lives in the Barossa Valley wine country. She has a B.A. in Creative Writing and a post-graduate degree in Museum Studies. She frequently researches heritage cemeteries for character names, and her short stories have been featured in anthologoes as well as on the Internet. She works as a school librarian and loves Zumba.
“Miriam Mitchell, Peking Duck and Bela Lugosi” conjures up a young employee in a Chinese restaurant, where he takes a perverse pleasure in forging fortune-cookie fortunes designed to haunt and scare people. Readers will get a kick out of the recollections of classic horror films.
