The Lonely Bride

As punishment for her infidelity to her betrothed, the Lonely Bride is a ghost forever cursed to walk the catacombs of an underground church.

This painting was done in acrylic with the addition of mixed media over wet paint such as crushed gravel on the stalactites, sand on the steps at the edge of the water and glitter on the spiral inside the water gateway.
