and manuscripts and stamps and envelopes.
You wait.
A bacterium floats by in the water,
but you choose to ignore it.
You wait.
There are better things to do
than infect bacteria.
You wait.
Everything has to be on paper, neatly typed,
double-spaced on one side of the sheet only.
You wait.
They do not accept electronic submissions
in fear of receiving viruses.
You wait.
It is ironic,
for you are a virus.
