Bewildering Stories biography
I’m a 70-plus, emeritus professor of literature from Lancashire, England, who turned out academic prose for some forty years before my imagination finally took over. My stories are to be found in Bandit Fiction, Horla, TigerShark, Black Cat Mystery Magazine, Literally Stories, Jerry Jazz Musician, The Blotter, Erotic Review, Scribble, The First Line, Creative Webzine, etc.

‘Loco Pete’s Leap’ was inspired after visiting Nevada City and the Lewis & Clark Caverns in Montana. The photo shows me on a visit to the former, where I just might be experiencing a sublime moment of inspiration. On the other hand, I might simply be posing.
