Dan Murphy
Bewildering Stories biography
Dan Murphy is a freelance writer living in Buffalo, New York. A former reporter and editor, Dan regularly contributes book reviews and local news to The Buffalo News and has written for several national sports and entertainment magazines.
He has previously published horror fiction in Down This Road (published in 2002 by Bad Banshee Books) and The Feast: A Taste of Terror (published in 2007 by Irish Mutt Books).
He also has written books on the history of the Erie Canal and the history of pro wrestling in Western New York (both of which can be found at www.buffalobooks.com).
His next book on the 101 greatest moments in Western New York history is scheduled for a September release. Dan lives with his wife, Erin, his golden retriever, two cats, and a ferret.
