Bewildering Stories biography
I’m Amanda Krenicki and I’m the author of “As Exquisite and Unsatisfying as a Cigarette,” which is finally seeing the light of day after being written for a creative writing class in college. “Cigarette” will be my first publication.
I graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing from Richard Stockton University in New Jersey, where I also wrote poetry that I’m working on publishing as well.
I live in Barnegat, New Jersey, which is about ten minutes from a beach and twenty minutes-ish from the Pine Barrens, the legendary home of the Jersey Devil. I can be found editing novels and working as a medical editor when I’m not writing and/or perfecting my own work. When I’m not doing any of that or when I’m procrastinating, I am most likely reading or cooking.
